About Wikky

Wikky is a boutique consultancy that helps organizations structure their work, streamline operations, and effectively implement digital tools. As an official monday.com partner, we design solutions that combine workflow design, automation, and team onboarding — working across sectors from real estate to creative agencies. Our goal is to become the long-term strategic tech partner for companies with 100–400 users across the Americas.

We’re now entering a new phase of growth — with a focus on Latin America, starting with Costa Rica — and we’re looking for someone to help shape and drive our commercial expansion in the region.

The Role

We’re hiring a part-time consultant to lead our business development and marketing efforts. This is not just a sales role — it’s a strategic position for someone who understands go-to-market strategies, positioning, partnerships, and the power of insight-led growth.

You’ll work directly with the founder to:

  • Understand and define our market opportunities,
  • Build relationships and find strategic entry points,
  • Test and refine our offer positioning,
  • And help lay the commercial foundations for scalable growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who comes from a SaaS or agency background — possibly with experience at companies like HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, or similar — and understands the dynamics of partner-led ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion & Benchmarking
  • Research and map the LATAM market (starting with Costa Rica): pricing models, competitors, and client expectations.
  • Identify ideal client profiles (ICPs) and potential companies in the region that align with our services.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Analyze and refine Wikky’s positioning to better fit LATAM priorities.
  • Co-create service offerings and packages that resonate with regional needs.
  • Design a commercial roadmap: what markets to focus on, how to test and scale offers, and what KPIs to track.
  • Partnerships & Strategic Relationships
  • Identify and nurture high-value partnerships (tech platforms, agencies, networks).
  • Explore channel partner models, drawing from experiences in partner ecosystems like monday.com, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Demo calls with potential clients
  • Guide the creation of marketing content (local case studies, value propositions, etc.) that align with the LATAM audience.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and marketing teams to turn insights into campaigns.
  • Business Development Activation
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients or partners.
  • Test positioning and offers in real-world scenarios and feedback loops.
  • Track results and adapt strategies accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or marketing strategy — ideally in SaaS, tech, or service-based consultancies.
  • Familiarity with the Latin American market, especially Costa Rica, is a strong plus.
  • Background working in or with partner ecosystems (e.g., monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).
  • A clear, structured thinker who can turn ideas into action and insights into commercial wins.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the independence to test and iterate fast.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
