This policy explains how ProWikky IO LTD ("Wikky", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit wikky.io or contact us through it. ProWikky IO LTD is a company registered in Cyprus and is the data controller for the personal data described here. We process it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.

This policy covers website visitors, people who contact us, and people who book a call with us. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients during projects; that is governed by our client agreements.

2. Information we collect

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on wikky.io. We do not ask for sensitive data such as health or financial information, so please don't include it in your messages.

3. How we use your information

‍We use your data to reply to you, run the calls you book, and keep our website working. We never sell it.

4. Who we share it with

‍We share your data only with service providers that help us run Wikky, and only as far as they need it.

Our team members and our affiliated company in Costa Rica may access your data to respond to you. They are bound by confidentiality. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

‍

‍Some of your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States or Costa Rica, where our providers and team members work.

‍

When that happens, we rely on an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.

6. How long we keep it

‍

‍We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above.

Receive your data in a portable format
Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including follow-up messages

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or to the authority in your own country. We'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.

8. Cookies, security and changes

‍Cookies. wikky.io uses only cookies needed for the site to work. If you open our Calendly booking page, Calendly may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

‍Security. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is fully secure, but we act quickly if something goes wrong and notify you where the law requires.

‍Children. Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes. We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
