1. About these terms

‍

‍These terms apply when you use wikky.io or work with ProWikky IO LTD ("Wikky", "we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus (HE 467380, VAT CY60131726K) at Anafis 15A, Zakaki, Limassol 3047, Cyprus.

‍

By using our website or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal, statement of work or other written agreement (a "Proposal") says something different, the Proposal wins for that project.

‍

‍

2. Using our website

‍

‍The content on wikky.io, including our articles, is general information. It is not tailored advice for your business, and we don't guarantee it is complete or up to date.

‍

When using the website, you agree not to:

‍

Our website may link to other sites, such as Calendly, monday.com or Odoo. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

‍

‍

3. Our services

‍

‍We provide systems design, workflow automation, integration, implementation, data migration, training and support services, along with platform licensing such as monday.com and Odoo. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in its Proposal.

‍

Anything outside the agreed scope is a change. We'll agree changes with you in writing, including any effect on cost and timing, before we do the work. Timelines are our best estimate. They depend on you giving us access, information and feedback on time.

‍

‍

4. Fees and payment

‍

‍

‍

5. Cancellations and refunds

‍

‍Deposits and upfront payments secure time in our schedule. Once work has started, they are non-refundable.

‍

If you cancel before work starts, we'll refund your payment minus any costs we have already incurred, such as licences purchased on your behalf. If a project ends early for any reason, you pay for the work completed up to that date.

‍

‍

6. Your responsibilities

‍

‍To keep your project on track, you agree to:

‍

‍

7. Third-party platforms

‍

‍Most of our work is built on platforms we don't own, such as monday.com, Odoo, Make, n8n, Google Workspace and AI tools. Their availability, features, pricing and data handling are controlled by their providers and governed by their terms.

‍

We're not responsible for outages, changes or limits in those platforms, or for any effect these have on the solutions we build. If a platform change breaks something we built, we'll help fix it as a new request.

‍

We may use AI tools to help deliver our work. We use them with care for your confidential information, and a person on our team reviews the output.

‍

‍

8. Intellectual property

‍

‍Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you, such as your boards, workflows, automations and documentation.

‍

We keep ownership of our pre-existing materials, templates, methods and general know-how. Where these form part of your deliverables, you get a permanent licence to use them within your business.

‍

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may mention you as a client and describe the work in general terms, without sharing confidential details.

‍

‍

9. Confidentiality

‍

‍We each agree to keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the project. This doesn't apply to information that is already public, was already known to the receiver, or must be disclosed by law. This obligation continues after the project ends.

‍

‍

10. Data protection

‍

‍Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on our website and in enquiries.

‍

When we handle personal data inside your systems during a project, we act as your data processor and follow your documented instructions. We'll sign a data processing agreement on request.

‍

‍

11. Warranties and liability

‍

‍We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. If something we delivered doesn't match the agreed scope, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll fix it at no extra cost.

‍

Apart from that, our services and website are provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific business results.

‍

To the extent the law allows:

‍

‍

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

‍

‍

12. Ending an engagement

‍

‍Either of us can end an engagement with 14 days' written notice, unless the Proposal says otherwise. Either of us can end it immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn't fix the breach within 14 days of being told.

‍

When an engagement ends, you pay for work done up to that date, and we hand over the completed deliverables you've paid for.

‍

‍

13. General
