How Campion Pumps transformed their HR workflow

Like many growing companies, Campion Pumps had a separate CRM, a separate project management tool and a separate accounting package. The tools that did connect to their accounting system came with a lot of limitations.

They also had one in-house person looking after their systems. That kept things running, but it didn't bring the depth of expertise they needed to redesign how the business worked.

What we built together

• A WhatsApp HR bot. Staff get answers to first-line HR questions directly on WhatsApp, before anything reaches the admin team. The answers come from the same records the admin team uses, so they're always accurate.
• A vacation tracker with notifications. Leave requests and balances are all in one place, and the right people are notified automatically.
• An employee directory. Every employee's files are stored in one place. Adding a new employee automatically creates their folders in [other software], so nobody has to do that housekeeping by hand.
